Caprihans India Limited submitted a certificate to the BSE Limited under Regulation 74(5) of SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, as received from MUFG Intime India Private Limited, formerly Link Intime India Private Limited, its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent.
